A read out key is included in the front of the file explaining state/nation abbreviations, invertebrate class code, continent code, ocean code, collection room code, type symbol, map scale, and CF and AFF codes. C.J. Bleifus Invertebrate Catalog
Catalog of fossil invertebrates from C.J. Bleifus's private collection, consisting of 10 notebooks with fossil specimens taxonomically arranged. Fossil were collected by Bleifus and many others (or purchased) between 1928 to 1967. Collection donated by Bleifus's estate November 16, 1968 (Accession #2688).
Class Gastropoda
A list of species of gastropods ordered by class, order, family and genus. A note on the inside of the cover mentions that this book was the property of the Paleontology Department, Bacon Hall, on October 14, 1913.
Cloez Collection (Paris Basin Eocene)
Catalogue (in French) of a collection of fossil mollusks found in the Paris Basin. The age of the collection is unclear. Read a paragraph about the collection on the UCMP website. A 1951 note by Joe Peck suggests that the volume has "the same numbers" (library call numbers?) as Deshayes'"Description des animaux sans vertèbres découverts dans le bassin de Paris (3 vols. and atlas, 1856-1866), QE 801 D4. Accession number 1113.

Two files on Class Echinoidea (in same folder) organized first by class, genus and species and second, by geographic location. Also includes information on subgenus, species, subspecies, locality number, age, and formation. Both files signed "Carol Wagner" and dated September 11, 1967.
Financial Ledger for Fieldwork and Purchases, 1899-1949
A financial ledger recording amounts spent on field work (Texas, Mexico, Nebraska, Arizona New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon) and department purchases (specimens, exhibition cases, automobiles) from 1899 to 1949. The ledger also includes an explanation of the founding of the Museum of Paleontology in 1921 and Annie M. Alexander's donations to the museum from 1899 to 1949.
